    In Aug 2002 w e started the construction on the technology center, under which are Textile Chemistry Institute, Fabrics R &D Institute, National Special Textile Development Base, Textile Industry (eastern China ) Fabrics Testing Center (preparatory), Info Center , etc. Their operation pattern is open. They broadly absorb kinds of advanced technical results and hi-tech talents all over the world, pay attention to the combination among the manufacture, the studying and the researching in order to improve the developing ability. We cooperate with Democratic Party for Peasants & Workers Shanghai Committee to set up the medical health care textile R & D base and National Dyeing & Finishing Industry Technology Center Pilot Base with Shanghai Eastern China Engineering University . The Donghua University has set up the postgraduate practicing base in our company, which is also known as the one of the first 20 vocational practice bases in Shanghai and the national dyeing & finishing technology studying center. With the enterprise technology development as its target, Zhongda technology center provides professional services for enterprise's study, development and innovation. In 2003 we completed two projects of introduction and innovation, one project of two technical development patents, one project of five-one encouragements, and one more projects of introduction and innovation in 2004.
